Loved this place. It feels like you’re somewhere between the Greek Islands and Bali but within the beautiful south portuguese coast - the environment is amazing. We had the pleasure of doing the Omakase experience at Well and it was fantastic. The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing and the staff is incredibly kind - we had the pleasure of being served by Bruno, who always made sure we were enjoying our food and if everything was to our liking. Chef Axel is also truly fantastic and created the most intricate and complex dishes that were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and the Omakase experience.
